Key terms
- An existing Octopus customer must refer a new customer who signs up directly online through the personal link, goes on supply and makes a first successful Direct Debit. Both rewards depend on the friend completing these steps.
- People or premises already supplied by Octopus and customers from the previous 12 months are excluded. White-label and Bulb customer exclusions also apply.
- Comparison-site signups do not qualify. Cancellation before going on supply or making the first successful payment prevents qualification.
- Share the personal link only with people you personally know, for personal purposes. Public or commercial distribution may result in withheld or reversed rewards or link deactivation.
- More than ten referrals within twelve months triggers review; this is not an absolute referral cap.
- This is the £50 home-energy offer. The separate £75 business referral offer is not included.
