Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any legal dispute arising out of or relating to Referret must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco, California.
Survival
Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including provisions regarding disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law and venue, and any accrued rights or obligations, will survive any termination or suspension of the service or your access to it.
