Use of the service
You may use Referret only in compliance with applicable law. You are responsible for the links, submissions, and account activity associated with your use of the service.
U.S. users only
Referret is intended only for users located in the United States. By using the service, you represent that you are accessing and using it from the United States.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.
Acceptable use

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blockinetic LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the service.
Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to Referret at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We may also remove content or links, or disable accounts, if we believe doing so is appropriate to protect the service, users, or third parties.
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any legal dispute arising out of or relating to Referret must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco, California.
Survival
Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including provisions regarding disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law and venue, and any accrued rights or obligations, will survive any termination or suspension of the service or your access to it.
