By accessing or using Referret, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Use of the service
You may use Referret only in compliance with applicable law. You are responsible for the referral links, codes, and other submissions you provide and for account activity you authorize or cause.
U.S. users only
Referret is available only to users located in the United States. By using Referret, you confirm that you are accessing and using the service from the United States. We do not represent that the service or its information is appropriate or available elsewhere.
Age requirements
You must be at least 13 years old to use Referret. If you are under 18, you may use the service only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian. Your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use of the service.
Accounts
Keep your account credentials secure and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity you authorize or cause through your account.
Acceptable use
You may not use Referret to submit unlawful, deceptive, infringing, harmful, or unauthorized content, add or submit referral links or codes where doing so would violate the applicable referral program's terms, or interfere with the service or other users.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Referret a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, and display that content, including through service providers, only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. This license does not give Referret ownership of your content.
Referral programs
Referret helps people find and share referral links and codes, but third parties control their own programs. We try to keep program information useful and current, but we do not guarantee that any program, link, code, eligibility requirement, reward, or term will be available, accurate, or honored. Review the applicable program's current terms before participating. Referral links and codes may benefit their referrers. Unless stated otherwise, Referret is not affiliated with or endorsed by the companies whose programs appear.
Third-party services
Referret may rely on third-party service providers for hosting, infrastructure, authentication, analytics, communications, and related operational functions. Your use of the service may also be subject to the terms and policies of those providers where applicable.
Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless and its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from content or links you submit, your intentional misuse of Referret, or your material violation of these terms, applicable law, or another person's rights.
Availability and changes
Referret may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service. When practical, we will provide reasonable notice before a material change or discontinuation that significantly affects your use of Referret.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the revised terms and their effective date on this page. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide reasonable notice before it takes effect.
Assignment and business transfers
We may assign or transfer these Terms of Service and related rights or obligations as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law.
Disclaimer
Referret is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, and its successors and assigns, affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for all claims arising from or related to Referret will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid Referret during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or $100. These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
Termination
We may remove content or suspend, restrict, or terminate access when, in our reasonable judgment, doing so is appropriate, including because these terms were violated, an account or content creates risk or harm, action is required by law, or action is necessary to protect Referret, its users, or third parties. We may act immediately when necessary. When practical, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to address the issue.
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Except where applicable law provides otherwise, any legal dispute arising out of or relating to Referret must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco, California.
General
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. If we do not enforce a provision, that does not waive our right to do so later. These terms are the entire agreement between you and Referret regarding the service, except for any additional terms we expressly make applicable to a particular feature.
Survival
Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including provisions regarding disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law and venue, and any accrued rights or obligations, will survive any termination or suspension of the service or your access to it.
