Support can sometimes stack promotions and referral for you. During the 75% off service for a year promotion, I was not able to place an order with both a promotion code and referral code, but I was able to place the order with the promotion and chat in with support after activating to add the referral. It took some persistence in explaining what I needed, but the first person I chatted with was able to help me.
